Coughing

As with headaches, coughs can come and go without any underlying significance. But you still need to keep an eye on your cough, in case it is a symptom of something serious. Short-term coughs can be a sign of flu, allergies, or a lung infection. All of these are treatable. Sometimes, though, coughs can be a sign of an underlying condition. If your cough won’t go away or gradually gets worse, speak to your doctor. It could mean you have asthma, chronic bronchitis, or lung cancer.

Teeth Grinding

Some people tend to grind their teeth whenever they are nervous or anxious. If you are only doing it from time to time, it isn’t something to particularly worry about. But if you are doing it to the point where you are grinding down your teeth, or causing other mouth issues, you need to book an appointment with your doctor. Fatigue is the name for constant tiredness and drowsiness. It can affect everyday life as it causes concentration to suffer. Most of the time, we just experience fatigue if we haven’t had a very good night’s sleep. However, if you find that you are sleeping regularly but still fatigued, it could be a sign that something isn’t right. It can be a sign that you are suffering from anemia, which is caused by an iron deficiency.  Not only that, but it can also be a sign of diabetes, glandular fever, and depression. If you suffer from fatigue, don’t rely on caffeine. Speak to your doctor soon.
