You will hear a lot of advice on ditching negative company and ousting negative people from your life. But in order to come out of the comfort zone that’s keeping your body, mind and spirit trapped in a cocoon, you need to make deliberate efforts to explore new surroundings and meet new people.

If you’re blessed with good people in your life, treasure them but also be open to new experiences so that you can improve your understanding of the world and of yourself. This will not only break the vicious cycle of limited thinking, it will greatly improve your physical and emotional health.
