Stress is a contributor to bad skin. Stress causes a chemical response within the body which can make your skin more sensitive. This means that the skin takes longer to heal whilst also being more prone to breakouts.

It is crucial to add some relaxation into your schedule (yes, even if you need to schedule it) to ensure that you stay calm. Something like a relaxing spa day is ideal as it can be a very soothing experience.

You can also go for a facial where the therapists will use the best quality ingredients to restore your skin.

5. Exercise is the key

We are all aware that exercise is good for our physical health, but it can also be great for your skin. Exercise helps to release endorphins, and helps to increase your blood flow, so not only does it make you feel good, but it also helps to nourish your skin cells.

With regular exercise, you will find your skin glowing, making you look and feel a lot healthier and younger.
