Being a blogger, I can’t deny the power of pictures. One eye-catchy, aesthetic shot grabs so many eyeballs and brings people to the blog and vice versa. I’m always in search different objects and backgrounds for blog and Instagram photos. When I came across Exclusive Lane, I couldn’t stop myself from getting some beautiful pieces to use a background items in my pictures.
Exclusive Lane is a home for handicrafts. It features exquisite work of Indian artisans. With a portal like, talented and hardworking artisans have got a platform to showcase their work and make money out of it. From home decor to serveware, you get to see different products in ceramic, terracotta, brass and wood.
Website is quite user-friendly, layout is good and loads quickly inspite of being picture heavy. The service again is pretty good, at par with famous shopping portals. My order reached within 3 – 4 days and everything was packed very well. My order was delivered in 2 different boxes. The items in the box were bubble wrapped as well as the individual boxes were bubble wrapped. When the delivery guy visited, all I could see was a huge block of bubble wrap. :))
The first thing that caught my eye was wooden spice box. They had 3 different types of spice box, I picked the smallest one as I wanted this just for shooting purpose. This a wooden spice box with 4 compartments and a spoon. There a glass lid on the top. The quality of the box is superb and it is worth the price.
Next I picked up a tea light holder in the shape of bird cage. It can hold only one tea light but it is big enough to decorate with fairy lights. The color is coppery-rose gold sort of and it looks very pretty in person. It is heavy enough to stay on the table and not fall. It also has a hook to hang.
Lastly, I got this cute little teapot and tea cup duo. This is so cute. I just love it. Even if you use it actually, you can use it as table decor. This is definitely going to be a part of my little home desk that I’m planning to make
